What you can do with Officede for Skype
The administrator can set different policies for all indivisual users or groups of users and some of the functions available include;
- Rules for adding, importing and sending contact information
- Prohibiting file transfers in and out of the office
- Monitoring chat history and preventing chat with unregistered users
- Restricting the installation of third party applications and SkypeIn/SkypeOut calls
